TeaMS ERP Refund Policy

TeaMS ERP (teamserp.in) is a product of Nilgiris LikeMind Technolgies Pvt Ltd (NLMT)
Your continued use of our products and services will be subject to the practices set forth herein.
Cancellation Policy :
Our Services are offered on fixed-term subscription plans for 1 month or 1 Year that you select upon purchase. While we hope you remain a valued user, you have the option to cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, and your access will continue until the end of your billing cycle.
If you wish to cancel your account in between a monthly subscription plan, no refund will be provided as you can continue to use till the end of the billing cycle. Upon cancellation, your data is deleted from our servers. Since deletion of all data is final please be sure that you do in fact want to cancel your account before doing so.
If you wish to cancel your account in between an annual subscription plan, notify us at least 6 months before end of your billing cycle via an email to support@teamserp.in. Usually no refunds are provided but we may consider in special cirmumstances. Upon cancellation, your data is deleted from our servers. Since deletion of all data is final please be sure that you do in fact want to cancel your account before doing so.
Refunds
- If you have paid for multiple billing cycles in advance, you are entitled to receive refund of the remaining amount subject to the cancellation policy above prorated to the remaining number of billing cycles after the end of the current billing cycle.
- Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late Or Missing Refunds
- If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
