Welcome to Teams ERP (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our SaaS platform (“Service”). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

By using our Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

When you register to use our Services, we need to make sure that you are able to legally contract with us. By using the Service, you warrant that you meet these requirements.

1. You are eighteen (18) years of age or older. The Services are intended solely for Users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Any registration, use of or access to the Services, by anyone under eighteen (18) is unauthorized and is a violation of this Agreement.

2. If you use the Services on behalf of another party you agree that you are authorized to bind such other party to this Agreement and to act on such other party's behalf with respect to any actions you take in connection with the Services.

To access certain features, you must register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

1. It is your responsibility to provide accurate, current, and complete information on the registration forms, including an email address that is different from the domain you are signing up under. If there is ever an abuse issue or we need to contact you, we will use the primary email address we have on file. It is your responsibility to ensure that the contact information for your account, including any domain accounts is accurate, correct and complete at all times. We are not responsible for any lapse in the Services, including without limitation, any lapsed domain registrations due to outdated contact information being associated with the domain. If you need to verify or change your contact information, please contact our sales team via email or update your contact information through the our billing and support system. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account. For dedicated server purchases or in certain other cases, you may be required to provide government issued identification and possibly a scan of the credit card used for verification purposes. Failure to provide the information requested may result in your order being denied.

2. You agree to be fully responsible for all use of your account and for any actions that take place through your account. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your password and other information related to the security of your account.

Some features of our Service may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and payment methods will be clearly outlined at the time of purchase. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you disable auto-renewal in your account settings before the next billing date. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, you must contact us within 2 days of the transaction to request a refund. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and may be granted only in cases of billing errors, duplicate charges, or other exceptional circumstances.

You agree to use the Service lawfully and refrain from any activity that may harm, disrupt, or misuse our Service.

You may not reverse-engineer, distribute, or resell the Service without prior authorization.

All content, trademarks, and software associated with the Service are owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws.

Our Services are offered on fixed-term subscription plans (e.g., 1 month, 1 year, etc.) that you select upon purchase. While we hope you remain a valued user, you have the option to cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, and your access will continue until the end of your billing cycle. If you violate these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice. Additionally, we may terminate the Service or specific accounts at our discretion if required by law or due to security concerns.

We may terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, without notice in the event that:
(i) you fail to pay any fees due; (ii) you violate this Agreement; (iii) your conduct may harm the Company or others or cause the Company or others to incur liability, as determined by us in our sole discretion; or (iv) as otherwise specified in this Agreement. In such event, we will not refund to you any fees paid in advance of such termination, and you shall be obligated to pay all fees and charges accrued prior to the effectiveness of such termination. Additionally, the Company may charge you for all fees due for the Services for the remaining portion of the then current term.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post a notice of any significant changes to this Agreement on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to abide by this Agreement, you are not authorized to use or access the Services.
